We provide refrigerated delivery to Sydney Metropolitan areas 6 days a week Monday – Saturday.
Our delivery window is 9am – 3pm. Our delivery staff will ring the doorbell when they are on approach. On arrival they will call again, and will wait a further 5 minutes before leaving the order in a safe place and taking a photo.

All orders are delivered in our refrigerated vans.
Orders under $50 - $40 Delivery
Orders over $50 - $15 Delivery
Orders over $100 – FREE Delivery
All products will be less than 5 degrees and delivered in our refrigerated truck.
Please provide delivery instructions in the field at checkout (ie. leave on front porch, or apartment foyer access code). If your nominated delivery address is an apartment, unit or other secured building, please provide the instructions of how to get in contact. We will only deliver to street level.
Sydney Fresh Poultry accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect address due to customer error.
We cannot guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe and we are not liable for any delay in dispatch or delivery.
Sydney Fresh Poultry accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any orders once they have been delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a secure location where your box can be left, should you not be home.
You agree to give the authority to leave the order unattended. The responsibility for the whereabouts, quality and temperature of the product is passed to the customer once your order has been delivered.
